We consider acquisitions across the United States and Canada. However, we believe the Northeastern United States is a significantly underserved target market and thus, we invested heavily into relationship development with hospitals systems and physician groups from Maine to Virginia. We believe we are the first call for healthcare real estate investment from New England down to the Mid-Atlantic region.

Noyack Medical chooses medical properties that are either on or near hospitals that dominate their respective markets either geographically or in terms of outpatient care.

We consider a multitude of factors including hospital proximity, physician practice diversity, market trends, adequacy of parking, lease term,, and of course the physical condition of the building.
